They called and told me my subscription to "Discover" magazine had expired. They said that I was a special customer and offered me free gifts if I buy a three year subscription. I deal was good only today, so I gave them my Credit card info. At the end of the conversation they told me they were an outfit called Buisness Subscriber. They gave me a name and phone number to call in case I have any questions. I called Discover Magazine to conffirm my purchase and they told me that i was scammed They had no affliation with that telemarketer. So beware. The telemarketer is in Scottsdaie, AZ. same situation as many of the others... multiple calls per day. no answer when called back, no response when i answer. annoying as hell! when i did call it back it said the verizon number i was calling was disconnected or no longer in service. why do we have the no call registry if this crap can keep happening.

These people call multiple times per day. The calls are all hang-ups.

When i picked up, someone asked for me clearly disguising their voice. And when i continuously questioned who it was no one answered.

I received a call at my house phone from a lady named Tina and requested for me to call back as I was being served in a civil suit. She left a the above number and a case number.I returned the call because it was very strange to be getting served by phone and decided to call anyway just for my piece of mind. A gentleman answered asking for the case number and he said my name. I told him I get several calls from debt collectors looking for a person that has the same name as me which is also a very common name. He asked for the last four of my social security which was also strange. I told him that I would not give him that information and for him to give me the last four of the person he is looking for. He said he could not provide that for me. He then said in a very rude manner if it is you it will be in the mail and hung up on me. Please be careful from what I know you have to be served in person.
